The standard wedding-venue site is a directory. You ask one question and your number gets forwarded to ten venues. By the next morning you have eleven WhatsApp threads, six callbacks, and three sales people who already know your budget.
We didn’t want to build another directory. So we built the opposite: one concierge owns your enquiry end-to-end. They speak to the venues. They ask what you’d ask. They come back with the answers in one message — or one call, if you prefer.
What we actually do.
Structured venue facts.
Capacity (seated vs floating vs dining), per-plate price ranges, food and liquor policy, parking, decoration rules, kitchen type, AC, power backup. The basics most directories never publish — so you can compare like-for-like.
One concierge per enquiry.
When you submit, we don’t fan your number out. A concierge contacts the shortlisted venues for you, checks date availability, asks the awkward questions, and reports back. You decide if and when to take the call.
Verified, not self-claimed.
Our Verified Standard is a 30-point on-site field check — recorded by a real person, dated and attributed. Unverified facts are shown as “Not verified yet”, not invented. The badge is earned, not toggled.
Free for couples and hosts.
We don’t charge you to use the site or send an enquiry. We don’t sell ranking. There is no booking fee. Venues pay us only if a booking happens — and only after it does.
Things we don’t claim.
We’ve seen too many directories use trust-words as decoration. So here’s what we will not say:
- We haven’t physically visited every venue yet. Field verification is ongoing across thousands of properties; on every venue page, unverified fields are shown as “Not verified yet” rather than filled with guesses. The methodology explains exactly what verification covers and what it doesn’t.
- We don’t fabricate ratings. First-party reviews come from real bookings only; aggregate ratings on city pages only display once we have a meaningful sample (currently being built out). No phantom 4.8☆.
- We don’t promise the lowest price. Venues price differently by date, package and negotiation. We surface real ranges and let you compare; the concierge negotiates with you, not for us.
Three cities, deep.
We’re intentionally narrow: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. These three cities are structurally different from each other — Bangalore venues hinge on traffic and IT-corridor logistics, Hyderabad on the HITEC City / Old City split and biryani-scale kitchens, Chennai on muhurtham timing and the kalyana-mandapam two-shift model. We’d rather know three cities well than fifteen at the surface.
That’s why our city pages carry locality-by-locality notes, not generic copy. The traffic guide for Bangalore was written by someone who has sat in ORR peak traffic. The Chennai food guide knows what sappadu service at a 600-guest mandapam actually looks like.
