Terms of Service

Plain-English version. Use BanquetHub to find an event venue. Enquiries go to our team first; we qualify them and pass them to the venue. The actual booking, payment and any contract is between you and the venue — we facilitate, we don't take payment. Be honest; don't abuse the site.

1 · Acceptance

By visiting or using BanquetHub at banquethub.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

2 · What the service is

BanquetHub is an Indian event-venue marketplace. We curate venue listings, accept your enquiries, qualify them, and forward qualified leads to the venue. We are not a venue ourselves, do not collect payment for bookings, and are not a party to the contract between you and the venue.

3 · Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to submit an enquiry or create an account. You agree to provide truthful contact and event information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

4 · Acceptable use

  • Don't submit fake or misleading enquiries.
  • Don't scrape, crawl or copy listings or photos for re-publication.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Don't post reviews you didn't experience yourself.
  • Don't use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5 · Listings and pricing

Venue details — capacity, pricing, amenities, photos — are sourced from public information (including Google Places, attributed inline), venue submissions, and our own field notes. We make a good-faith effort to keep them accurate but do not warrant completeness or current availability. Always confirm key details directly with the venue before signing any contract.

6 · Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry is free. We don't charge a per-enquiry or per-booking fee. Any contract, deposit, advance payment, cancellation policy or refund is strictly between you and the venue. We do not mediate disputes between you and venues, but we will do our best to help resolve issues raised in good faith.

7 · AI-generated content

Parts of the platform are powered by AI (search parsing, venue summaries, draft messages, lead-quality scoring). AI output is informational only and may contain errors. Confirm anything important directly with the venue. By using AI features you consent to the relevant data being processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

8 · Intellectual property

The BanquetHub name, logo, design, code, copy and curated database are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Photos remain the property of their respective owners; we surface them under fair-use or with permission, with attribution where required (Google Places etc.).

9 · User-generated content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

10 · No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings are current, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any enquiry will lead to a successful booking.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BanquetHub, its employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any booking made through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹10,000.

12 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or content you submit.

13 · Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and delete your account by writing to info@banquethub.in. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

14 · Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

15 · Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged with a fresh "last updated" date at the top of this page.
